MEET OUR PRINCIPALS
Joshua began his career in the commercial construction industry in 2000. With an extensive background in electrical estimating, Joshua was able to effortlessly transition early in his career into General Construction and Project Management. He earned a certification from UC Davis Extension in Construction Management and is finalizing becoming a certified Design-Build Professional through the Design-Build Institute of America. In his previous position as a Senior Project Manager, Joshua managed the company’s largest and most complex projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up construction, laboratories, retail, food service, medical, dental, and commercial office space. He strives to be involved in projects from day one to support and assist clients from the preliminary budgetary phase through final completion and occupancy. Joshua has experience managing many different project delivery methods, including design-build and design-bid-build.
Austin began his career in construction in 2004 as a California licensed painting contractor at the age of 23 and then went on to work for a highly respected commercial construction firm based in Roseville, CA. Austin started as a Superintendent managing small tenant improvements and quickly moved his way up to oversee the company's largest and most complex projects as a Construction Manager. He has extensive experience in constructing and managing dental office pharmaceutical build-outs, tenant improvement projects for the State of California, hazardous material storage facilities and complex structural retrofits. Austin leads by example and clients love his calm demeanor, approachability, and his belief in a team approach to projects. It is important to have every person that is a part of a project feel their voice and ideas are heard. Austin believes empowering people at each level within the project not only benefits the project-team as a whole, but also adds tremendous value to the build throughout its lifetime.
